The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue

Oh my goodness, this one!!!! The best book I’ve read in years!

I could not recommend it more highly. It is fantasy meets historical novel, meets literary fiction. The writing is beautiful and poetic. The characters are rich and fully developed, but most of all the story is engrossing and fun from page one. At the end, I cried and then laughed and was fully satisfied .

I can’t remember the last time a book made me feel this way. Perhaps this is just the perfect genre for me.

I now need to read everything V.E. Schwab has ever written!
